We will discuss the scope of the potential project and answer any questions you may have about our company and/or the process. If you would like to move forward, we will schedule a consultation appointment for Geremy to come out to further discuss your potential project.
Step Two: Consultation
During the consultation appointment we will begin by discussing your goals, ideas, and expectations. Whether you have a detailed plan or just a rough concept, we will help refine your vision to align with your project expectations. We will also evaluate the project site and go over design possibilities and any custom features you are considering, estimated timeline and cost and factors that influence pricing. This meeting is a no pressure way to get expert guidance and ensure Farha HomeTrends is the right fit for your project.
Step Three: Proposal Creation
After the consultation, if you are interested in collaborating with Farha HomeTrends on your project, we will start putting things in motion to create the proposal. There are several facets of this process including analyzing the project scope, researching materials, labor costs, any permits or regulations that need to be considered, and potentially scheduling site visits with members of our team. These steps allow us to provide provide the most accurate pricing for your project.
Step Four: Proposal Submittal
After completing the estimating and putting together the proposal, we will make an appointment to review the information. This appointment provides you the opportunity to review all aspects of the proposal, including the scope of work, timeline, and budget. We welcome your input and can make necessary adjustments to the proposal to better align with your vision if needed.
Step Five: Moving Forward Together
Once the proposal has been reviewed and signed off on, we will finalize the details and get started on moving forward with your project, making sure to keep you informed and involved every step of the way.
